Overlooking St. Mary Lake,
late afternoon, from Sun Point. The muddy red rock face of Red
Eagle Mountain is across the lake.
We were waiting for the sunset, when I noticed this tree and the
evolving cloud shadows on the distant mountainside. With patience,
the shadows eventually covered the mountainside, and this shot was
created.
