| Coyote Buttes is part of the Paria Canyon-Vermillion Cliffs wilderness area, on the border of Arizona and Utah. Due to the popularity of "The Wave" formation, access is strictly limited to 10 hikers per day because of to the fragility of the rocks and formations. |
