| There is an incredible feeling of peace and solitude inside a slot canyon. Sunlight bounces around the rocks and challenges the imagination. This is Wire Pass, a short (maybe 100 yards long) and little visited slot canyon in the Paria Wilderness. We were on our way to Buckskin Gulch, considered the longest and most amazing slot canyon of all, but a 10' chockstone with no other access terminated our walk that day. We will return! |  |
